1946 Martin D28 Herringbone Sunburst. s/n 95xx5. Non scalloped bracing. Retopped in the late 1940's by Martin. Woven hardshell case. Very good dark sounding guitar, but less boomy than most "herringbones", typical of a '46 non-scalloped Herringbone. Lower medium action. Top finish crack from bridge to lower bout. Finger board crack which was repaired by Wayne Henderson of Rugby, Virginia. Excellent solid condition.

1960 Gibson Les Paul Standard
Plain Sunburst top. Exceptionally fine original condition. Also one owner only. Extremely well cared for. Minimal lacquer checking. Machine heads were changed but originals have been put back on the guitar. New screw holes evident. This guitar is also a very good example.

1962 Les Paul Custom SG. Serial #50704. This guitar is in exceptionally fine condition. However, for some inexplicable reason the hardware which should all be gold has been chromed sometime between 1962 and 1964 (The gold plate is visible underneath the vibrato cover) Also, the tone and volume knobs have been changed! The current owner was given this guitar for his 14th birthday in 1964 . It was bought new from H. Poliak & Sons, Pretoria, South Africa. Has hardly been played!

1941 Gibson L4 archtop jazz guitar (blond).
This is one of the last Gibsons to be built using solid Maple tops pre-world war II. The guitar is 100% original and has a custom built pickguard fitted with a Bennedetto P6 soapbar jazz pickup which produces one of the best jazz tones ala Jim Hall. The pickguard was professionally mounted using the original holes and so no modifications or holes have been made to the body. The original pick guard is included. It comes with the original hardcase.
