Alain Guindon & Andy McGibbon with Alain's magnificent 1938 Gibson AJ. This guitar was in a sorry state when Alain discovered it. But it was not broken, just badly refinished and somewhat neglected. Alain commissioned Andy McGibbon of Andy McGibbons Guitar World to restore it. And what a fine job Andy did! After a year of painstakingly stripping the guitar right down the guitar was carefully reconstructed to its former glory. The neck was also reset.

The end result is amazing. Apart from a superb restoration this guitar is without doubt one of the best sounding guitars anywhere.
